There is an increasing need for good acoustic in rooms. Good room-acoustics in open-plan and shared offices, literally speaking set the tone. Considering today's architecture, solutions are needed concerning sound, that means hard floors (parquet), (all-glass) façades and walls (dry construction).

One method of improving room-acoustics is through the installation of sound absorbing materials e.g. special ceiling panels^*), coverings or wall claddings to dampen sound, that meet decorative requirements and individual wishes.
Furthermore there are also purely technical acoustic methods like Soundmasking that are described on the next pages.
