The appropriate office object on the market

Most companies at home and abroad follow a common procedure when leasing office rooms: They choose two or three objects on the market which meet their criteria and ideals.

Once the screening has been completed, the question arises which office is best suited as all properties usually have their advantages and disadvantages.

Important criteria for a decision are provided during the initial planning of the area. A computer-simulated occupancy of a floor model shows if there is enough space available for all the departments and workplaces.

The interior architect's survey of the building already resolves a number of important questions, e.g. whether the stated floor area size is correct or what renovation expenses would amount to.

All information ascertained so far is supplemented by an initial CAD-based space utilization concept. Detailed plans are the result.
